Your package left China — now what? Here’s everything about tracking from shipment to delivery.
Getting Your Tracking Number
When you submit your parcel for shipping, the agent uploads a tracking number once the package is dispatched. This usually takes 1–3 days after submitting.
Using Our Tracking Tool
Use our Parcel Tracking tool — powered by 17track, which aggregates data from hundreds of carriers worldwide. Enter your tracking number and it automatically detects the carrier.
Common Tracking Stages
- “Shipment info received”: Label created, may not have physically moved yet
- “Departed China”: Package on a plane
- “Arrived at destination country”: In customs — where most delays happen
- “Customs cleared”: With local carrier for last-mile delivery
- “Out for delivery”: Arrives today
When Tracking Goes Silent
Common for tracking to show no updates for several days after “Departed China.” The package is in transit — tracking often doesn’t update during the flight. Don’t panic unless it’s been 3+ weeks with no updates.
