Everyone remembers their first haul. Here’s what to actually expect so you go in with realistic expectations.
The Timeline
- Agent orders from seller: 1–3 days
- Seller ships to agent warehouse: 3–7 days
- You review QC photos and submit: 1–2 days
- Agent prepares and ships: 2–5 days
- International transit: 8–20 days
Total: budget 3–4 weeks.
The QC Moment
When your item arrives at the warehouse, the agent takes photos. This is your most important checkpoint. Review carefully — check colors, stitching, and shape. If something’s off, reject. Once you approve and ship internationally, options become very limited.
Sizing
Chinese sizing often runs small. For footwear, most buyers go true to size or half a size up. For clothing, size up significantly — a Chinese XL is often closer to a Western M/L.
Managing Expectations
At this price point, perfection isn’t guaranteed. Over time you develop better judgment about which sellers and batches consistently deliver.
If Something Goes Wrong
Agents have dispute processes. Document with photos and contact customer support. Reputable agents will work toward a resolution.
